Overview
Eggspectations serves guests across more than ten branches and through several sales channels, each with its own pace and its own margin. At that volume, small gaps add up quickly: a payment released without a bill, a perishable ingredient over-ordered, a sale that never reaches the accounts. Eggspectations asked Wizmen for a system that would show revenue channel by channel, keep stock right across every location and put control on every rupee spent.
01The challenge
Every branch and every channel was a source of revenue and a source of risk. The business needed to see both clearly, without slowing service down.
Revenue had to be reported by sales channel, not just as one total per branch.
Payments were being released without consistent documentation or a clear chain of approval.
Sales at the counter and the accounts behind them were kept in step by manual entry.
Perishable stock across many locations had to be held at the right level, especially through peak hours.
02Our approach
We followed the money in both directions — from the guest into the accounts, and from the accounts out to suppliers — and put a control at each step.
Each sales channel was set up as its own revenue stream, so every branch reports what it earned and where it came from.
Front-end POS was integrated directly with back-end accounting, so every sale posts to the books as it happens.
An enterprise approval workflow requires a bill attachment and multi-level verification before any payment is released.
Multi-location stock tracking follows perishable ingredients from the store to each branch and flags when levels move off target.
