Wiz Men Software (“Wizmen”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. We are based at 358 K2 Wapda Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, and can be contacted at info@wizmen.net.

This policy covers our website and our enquiries, sales and recruitment. Personal data that our customers store in our software is processed on their behalf under their agreement with us.

Information you give us:

• contact details from our forms — your name, work email, phone number, company and message
• support requests, including the product you use and a description of the issue
• partner and reseller applications, and CVs or other details you send when applying for a job
• anything else you choose to include when you email or call us

Information collected automatically: like any website, our hosting provider records technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of each request. We use these only to operate and secure the website.

• to provide, support and improve the products and services you buy
• to assess partner applications and job applications
• to keep the website and our systems secure and prevent misuse

We are based in Pakistan and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EU, EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 3 years after our last contact, customer records for as long as the customer relationship lasts and as required by tax and accounting law afterwards, and job applications for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with modern security headers. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it, and our providers maintain industry-standard security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. It uses your browser’s temporary session storage only to recover smoothly if a page fails to load after we release an update; nothing is shared and it is cleared when you close the tab.

If we introduce analytics or other optional cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
