Overview
Crumble Pakistan is a fast-scaling bakery brand that bakes centrally and sells through a growing chain of retail branches. Growth at that pace strains every process at once: production has to keep up with sales, each new branch adds another set of numbers, and finance has to close the books on all of it. Crumble chose Wizmen to bring 13 branches and more than 450 users onto one centralised, secure system, standardising every process from the central bakery to the retail counter.
01The challenge
Each new branch made the business bigger and the picture blurrier. Management needed to see every branch on its own terms, and production needed to answer to sales.
Profit and loss arrived as one blended corporate summary, hiding which branches were earning and which were not.
Ingredient consumption, baking output and sales trends were spread across separate reports, never on one screen.
Bank entries were matched by hand, keeping a second ledger alive and slowing every external audit.
Raw-material use at the central bakery could not be reconciled against what the branches actually sold.
02Our approach
We set the standard once at the centre, then brought each branch onto it, so every new location joined a process that was already working.
Chart of accounts, item master, recipes and user roles were defined centrally, so all 13 branches and 450+ users work from the same structure.
The central bakery records raw-material consumption and output for every batch, and supplies the branches through tracked transfers.
Each retail and manufacturing branch was set up as its own profit centre, producing an independent profit and loss statement.
Automated bank reconciliation and a single executive dashboard completed the rollout, giving finance and leadership one source of truth.
